PEPCOCIDE is an extremely effective quaternary ammonium chloride disinfectant and sanitizer formulated for use in food and meal processing facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, and any place else where there is a need to disinfect or sanitize. This product is odorless and will not diversely effect food which comes in contact with properly treated surfaces. Use PEPCOCIDE as the final rinse in meat room sanitization, as a bar glass sanitizer (third sink), to control mold in food preparation areas, and to sanitize dairy product processing utensils
and equipment.

This sodium hypochlorite solution may be used for terminal rinse sanitation in low temperature dishwashers at levels required by Local Health Authorities. LTS may also be used as a sanitizer for non-porous food contact surfaces, such as in the last rinse sink of a 2 or 3 sink system for pots, pans and utensils. For laundry sanitizing, use LTS in the soaking or washing suds cycle as directed on the label for commercial or household machines. LTS is a concentrate and, in order to be used correctly, must be diluted with water per label directions.

This chlorine bearing sodium hypochlorite solution was formulated for use in food processing and food service industries. It contains a minimum of 10% sodium hypochlorite. Use in 3-compartment sink and bar glass sanitization where state or local regulations require a chlorine type product. De-stains and deodorizes kitchen equipment—chopping blocks, cutting boards and plasticware. Ideal as “the” sanitizer in low temp dishwashers. Most rinse aids and drying agents are stable when used with this hypochlorite solution.
